Our Policies


Diligent effort is made to assure that all pricing information, including sale items, is accurately and promptly maintained on the website. However, Southern Herb reserves the right to change pricing and to correct occasional errors without notice.

Minimum Advertised Pricing Policies

Southern Herb vigorously supports the efforts by those product manufacturers which require the maintenance of minimum advertised prices. As a rule, the retail price we advertise is the manufacturer’s own suggested retail price, other than special promotions which they approve.

Payment Methods

For your convenience, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards are accepted.

Companies or practitioners may apply for credit terms after their first order by completing a Business Credit Application, including a personal guarantee. After review and appropriate reference checks by Southern Herb it may, in the exercise of its sole discretion, approve Net 30 day terms.  No orders will be shipped to accounts with a past due balance. Any checks returned for insufficient funds will be subject to a $27.50 service fee assessed by our bank.

Back Orders

Great effort is made to maintain a high in-stock level of all our products at all times. Occasionally, however, due to volume fluctuations, we may be temporarily out of stock. Or, due to the scarcity of some raw material, our vendors may be out of stock of particular items. We will use our best discretion and knowledge of these situations to determine whether to back order an item or ask you to reorder the unavailable item, as will be noted on the invoice you will receive in your order. If we do choose to back order an item for you, we will ship it to you promptly upon receipt by us and bill you for it only at the time of shipment.
